With over 20 years of experience in Building Department and By-law management, Karl understands the unique challenges municipalities face—whether in busy city centres or close-knit small towns. His practical knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted partner for building departments of all sizes. Beyond his work in the field, Karl has also shared his expertise as an instructor with the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA), helping to guide and mentor the next generation of building professionals.

Jennier Korpela

With over 20 years of experience in administration and office management, Jennifer combines strong organizational expertise with a post-graduate diploma in Website Design and Production. Her background in teaching and training, and life skills coaching—including roles at Georgian College, the Simcoe County Board of Education, The Haliburton County Library, The Trillium Lakelands District School Board and the Arts Council ~ Haliburton Highlands —reflects her passion for helping people and organizations succeed.
